We understand that plans may change, and unforeseen circumstances can arise. To ensure clarity and fairness, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Cancellations made 2 days or more before the scheduled check-in date will be eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 1 day of the scheduled check-in date will incur cancellation fee equal to the first night.

No-shows or cancellations on the day of check-in will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Early departures or unused nights due to last-minute changes are non-refundable.
Please note that refunds will be processed within 5 days after the cancellation is confirmed. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
